Visteon declares fourth quarter 2004 dividend
VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich., October 18, 2004 The Board of Directors of Visteon Corporation (NYSE: VC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share on the companys common stock. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2004, to shareholders of record as of October 29, 2004. Visteon has paid a dividend each quarter since it became an independent, publicly traded company in June 2000.
